Our Mission
Sierra Hotel Financial exists to serve the people who serve this country. Our mission is to provide elite, evidence-based financial planning to active-duty military members, veterans, and federal employees at the moments when financial decisions matter most. We believe transparency, education, and service create better long-term outcomes rather than sales, products, or jargon.
Our 500-Plan Commitment
We have pledged to build 500 free financial plans for active-duty military and veterans. When Creating Sierra Hotel Financial Spencer and Joe focused on creating the best possible service for active military and veterans. Once they did that it was time to get the word out. Instead of pouring money into traditional advertising, they chose to redirect efforts into that mission through the 500-Plan Commitment.
With the industry median cost of a standalone financial plan around $2,000, this initiative represents roughly $1,000,000 in real financial planning value delivered to the military community.
